How It Works

This specially designed program provides the ultimate opportunity for newly arrived migrants/aspiring Small Business Entrepreneurs to oprimize their knowledge and capability to establish & sustain a successful small business within an Australian setting. You will participate in daily group classes, practical exercises, individual & collective presentations, nightly thinking challenges, field visits (where available) plus a series of individual content development sessions.
Over the course of six days, you will learn how to: -

- Utilize my Small Business Profit & Loss Excel Workbook to forecast future revenue, expenses and profitability on a rolling three yearly basis.

How It Works
This program is presented in a 4.5 star suburban Melbourne hotel, complete with restauarant, room service, king-size beds, indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, outdoor gardens and free parking.
Programs are available at regular intervals throughout the year, or can be scheduled and delivered on specified dates where you have a team of between 3 & 5 staff members attending.
During the course of your program, you will receive a diverse range of hand-outs incorporating check-lists, templates, resouce manuals and software tools.
Fees will vary dependent upon the specifc content provided, as well as the number of participants in attendance. A written proposal will be provided.
